Cockpit Voice Recorder unit with attached Underwater Locator Beacon (ULB)

Designed to acccomodate the newer Fairchild condenser microphones, also compatible w/the older, dynamic microphone & control units

The range of acceptable audio input levels are 50 mV RMS up to 500 mV RMS

Certified & approved for installation in any combination of the following conditions: heat/unheated, pressurized/unpressurized, hard mounted/shock mounted

Recommended installation: mounted within the vibration mount in an upright postion in a heated, pressurized area in a fuselage location

Requires no periodic or preventative maintenance, operation is completely automatic upon power-up
